Help Us Capture 4EVERKIN’s First Year! We’re looking for volunteer photographers in 2026 to document our events, daily moments, and milestones. Your photos will help preserve memories and share our community’s story. If you want to make an impact through photography, join us!

GED Tutors

We have five committed members working hard to earn their GEDs this year, each balancing work and family responsibilities. Your support helps us provide the flexible, personalized schedules they need to succeed, empowering them toward independence.

Accountants

We’re looking for volunteer CPAs and accountants to help with tax preparation on Tuesdays in February and March, and to offer ongoing financial guidance to our members. Your expertise will empower young adults to manage their finances and build a stable future.

FAQs

Is there a specific time commitment I need to give for volunteering?

We ask volunteers to commit to one year of individual or group mentoring so they can build consistent, trusting relationships with our members. In some cases, particularly for professional volunteers, a shorter commitment can still meet program needs.

Do I need to do any sort of clearances or trainings to volunteer?

Anyone who volunteers with 4EVERKIN must have a background check conducted (which we coordinate) and attend an in person orientation.

Is my volunteered time considered an in-kind donation?

General mentoring does not qualify as an in‑kind donation for tax purposes. However, if you volunteer professional services, such as tax preparation, tutoring, or financial advising and would like your time recorded as an in‑kind contribution, please let us know and we can document it.
